My Unfair Advantage

There was a lot of pressure put on me by being the first one in my family to learn English. 🧵

I became very familiar with Lew Sterrett jail in Dallas. I would be jolted awake many times to help get family and friends out of jail.

In the past, I remembered this as a terrible experience.

In rewriting my stories and understanding my life as a whole, this was one of the places where I refined my unfair advantage in life.

I may be scared to death of what is happening, but I still take action. There is no other choice.
